Terms of Service

Purpose and access

The Dark Lens Studio provides organization-operated desktop workflows for authorized operators of the BRAIN, SPACE, ANCIENT, OCEAN, VANISHING, and DISCIPLINE channels. The uploaders are not offered for unauthorized public use.

TikTok Login Kit and permissions

Each uploader uses TikTok Login Kit for authorization, user.info.basic only to display and verify the selected operator’s authorized account, and video.upload only to transfer owner-approved media to TikTok’s inbox or draft flow.

Authorized use

Each uploader may be used only by an authorized channel operator to transfer owner-approved videos for its named channel to that channel’s corresponding TikTok account. The operator must open TikTok and manually finish editing and publication.

Prohibited use

The app may not be used to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized material; to access another person’s account; or to violate TikTok’s terms, policies, or applicable law.

Third-party platform

TikTok is a third-party service. Its availability, review processes, upload limits, account rules, and platform behavior are governed by TikTok. The Dark Lens Studio does not control that service.

Draft-only boundary

The uploaders do not use Direct Post and do not automatically publish, schedule, delete, replace, or cross-post content. Their intended function ends after transfer to TikTok’s inbox or draft workflow. Publication requires a separate manual action by the authorized operator inside TikTok.

Channel isolation

Every channel uses its own authorized TikTok account identity and isolated credentials, authorization tokens, upload queue, approvals, and files. No channel’s credentials or account identity may be shared with or substituted for another channel.

Changes and termination

The owner may suspend an uploader, revoke platform authorization, or discontinue an integration at any time. These terms may be updated when approved functionality changes.
